JavaScript

I am creating a website using Front Page for a church that wants to be able to put in a
name and password that would then take them to a webpage for members of the church only. I have heard Javascript can do this but have looked everywhere for thatapplication to no avail. This is a volunteer position and I
have no money to spend but was hoping someone can help me out..
