Jet Database Page Error

On my Nt Server SP6 computer / Event Viewer / Application, I have the following error:

((248) ) Direct read found corrupted page error -1018 ((1:2) (0-179), 0 753406707 2293620311 ), Please restore the databases from a previous backup.

Note:There is no exchange server running!

Has anyone ran into this before?
