It is a help desk position, I have been away from this field for about 7 years and I have become very rusty! I practice on my computer and go to school in the evenings but it is nothing like hands on experience.

on that back up of hard drive.
1. how do I shut down Windows ME to get to my dos prompt or command line? I do not want any windows active files running

2.Were do I get the guest.exe from it was not on any of my zip disk?
