joining a domain

Building my first network at home. Will have 3 workstations and one server. Have already added one to the domain. Having trouble with the second. When trying to join the domain, get this error. : “Can’t locate domain controller for this domain.”
Whenever I reboot I get an error message saying one or more services failed during start up. In the event viewer there is an
entry for Service Control Manager. ” Server service terminated, not enough storage available” . What does this mean? Is this related to not being able to join the domain. Thanks, Michael
