jukebox under win2k

hi guys!
very strange thing happened to me. I have recorded several song under win 98 in folder called album.I have a dual boot up and under win2k,when I search for the song in HD it finds the folder album and transfer the song to juckboxplus catalogue and when it finishes it comes up with no playable media found. the reply from support told me that jukeboxplus will only play songs the way they were recorded Ie under win98 only.
any idea?
