Just starting a job as a recruiter HELP!

Hi all,

Just started a job in IT Recruitment in Dublin, Ireland. I have a little IT background, mostly working in IT Helpdesk type environments. The kind of jobs that i’ll be handling will be Software Developement and Software Engineering along with Technical Writers and Quality Assurance people. My question is….how do i find out by looking at a CV if someone is qualified or has the pre-requisites for a given job.
