Keep alive running as service

I am looking for a small piece of software that will keep my internet connection active, which meets the following criteria:

1) It must run as a service
2) It must use a standard port, such as 25 or 80
3) It must be free or inexpensive.

My internet provider closes all incoming traffic after a set period of inactivity.
