keep old client profiles in new domain

Right now I have a NT 4 domain. Most of my client machines are W2k pro. I am not upgrading my NT4 domain to AD but I am starting a new AD domain. When my w2k clients log on to the new AD domain it creates new profiles for the users. Is there a way to keep the profiles(desktop, programs, and printer setups)when the clients log on to the new domain?
