Kernal file missing…..

Hello sir,
I am Using windows Nt in my Home .One sudden night It will show error in startup “Kernal file missing insert disk to boot”.I am Just reinstall my op.I donn’t know other way rather than that.Please tell me what is the problem behind that and what is the solution for that.

Help me please……
