kernel32.dll

In one of your recent e-mails, there was a mention of a problem with win 98 and a need for a new kernel32.dll to be down loaded from microsoft.
The link you gave was MS main down load page. I could not find the dll file.
Can you give a more direct URL to that updated kernel32.dll.
