Keyboard lights dont workin NT

I have a rather odd one:

I have a perfectly functioning keyboard ( tested ) and for some reason the Caps and Scroll lock lights dont work once it has booted into NT4.0. The keys function fine in NT and the lights work in BIOS and in DOS etc – just not NT. I’ve crawled through the registry and tried many different drivers and all the fairly abvious stuff like control panel etc.There is nothing in Technet or TechRepublic. I know this is quite insignificant but I will not give up on this. PLEASE HELP!
