Keyboard Mapping in XP

I’m running XP on my macbook via bootcamp. It works just fine, but I’d love to be able to switch the windows control key with the windows button so cut and paste functions how it would in the mac os. The command key is much better placed for cutting and pasting (etc) than the ctrl key on the macbook keyboard. Any suggestions?
