Keyboard not function properly

i have a keyboard whose letters “\” and “@” are not function properly.
when ever i type “\” it will give me “@”,if i also type “@” it will give me “”(double quote).i have tried replacing my keyboard twice but the problem remains the same, like wise changing the language.
