Keyboard Windows 2000

There was a power failure last night. On one of my workstations running Windows 2000, the keyboard and mouse won’t work in Windows. The keyboard works fine in Dos, CMOS, and the recovery console. I can’t even click CTRL+ALT+DEL to attempt to log into Windows.
