Kixtart Logon scripting in Windows 2000

Hi,

I am very familiar with Kixtart logon scripting. Does Kixtart scripting still work in Windows 2000? Is there somthing built into Windows 2000 to address logon scripting? Or is there anything better than Kixtart out there?
