KLEZ again!

Hi there,

I am working on a computer that has been infected with the KLEZ worm virus, I have used a couple of removal tools MCFE Stinger / NAV KLEZ remove. I did find 288 virused files, 8 which were restored, and the rest deleted. Since then I have reinstalled Norton AV, which does come up and sits in the system tray with auto protect on, I can run a virus scan from scheduled tasks,
but when I try to open it up, it does not open. Also the e-mail client will not connect to the
POP server from the ISP, I can setup another profile and go to another ISP and connect, but not to the original.

Any ideas?
