Knowledge Management tools

We have been looking at a lot of IT tools to help implement our KM framework, focusing on knowledge sharing, collaboration and knowledge harvesting. We have touched on Lotus Domino, CA Cleverpath, Microsoft Sharepoint portal and Team Services. We have also tried things like eRoom for collaborations. I would treasure an exchange of views on these technologies with all IT professionals who have experience in these tools.
