Known Conflicts of Microsoft’s “Themes”

What known conflicts or problems can occur or be caused by Winindows 98 S.E. Desktop Themes are used on a business system. These systems are running the Novell client 3.2 or 3.3, Office97 with the latest service packs loaded & Outlook is used for our Email client which attaches to an exchange server.
