Kodak SDK support

Kodak isn’t very helpful. I am using their SDK on a 14nx camera. I can receive events from the camera, like eventID 5 (shutter open). But then I get eventID 102 (camera error) with an error code of 198. I have no idea what this means. Anybody have any experience with this software?
