Korean Font

Hi,
I have a user who has office 2k premium, and windows 98. he was sent a word document from korea, and when he opens the document, he can read it, but when he tries to print it, it only gets about half way through, before the printer spits out incomplete pages, and his pc has to be rebooted because it is low on memory. i have w2k, and i can print out the document after i install korean support in regional settings, but that option is not in 98. does anyone know how i can get the document to print?
