KT7A HD Max

I was reading the documentation on the KT7A Raid and It stated the max on the size of the Hard Drive is 128. I also read here that the OS decides it. I am running Windows XP Home on it. Id I get a bigger drive and partition it to lets say 250 divided by 3 would that work or should I get all my HD’s at 128 gig (if there is such a horse)? Please respond as soon as possible
