Landesk causing HP Small Form PC to Rebo

We have several Hardware Models/types and platforms running the LANDESK Client. Whenever the Client is installed on the HP Vectra VL420SF, the Operating System will continuously reboot itself. We’re having this problem with both Windows 2000, and XP Pro. We’ve reloaded, applied all the latest drivers and Service Packs (both h/w and s/w). Any ideas?
