laptop going offline while online

Hi Guys

Wonder if you can help me, i have a colleague at work when she is working on her laptop connected to the network her laptop currently goes offline suddenly and she has to access another folder to get back online again. she is offline for seconds only. the laptop also goes back online automatically as well.

any ideas?
