Larger Hard Drive Support

I have a machine running Windows 95B with a 2GB internal hard drive. The user has requested a larger hard drive. I have a 6GB drive available. After cloning the original 2GB drive to the new 6GB drive and connecting it as the master drive, the machine has an awful time booting from it and when it does boot, Windows only sees it as a 2GB drive. I am pretty certain there is a setting somewhere to fix this but am not sure where it is.
