laser disc connection

i have a laser disc machine, it reads almost all formats : dvd,vcd,laser disk(the old one with the big size CDs),..etc
I need to connect it to my pc,
some people advised me to use the pinnacle DC10 plus or the pinnacle studio deluxe version 8,the problem is that these cards connects only camcorders , then i saw the pinnacle dv500+ ( very expensive about 1500 USD), what is the best way to connect it to a pc without paying this much money and at the same time getting a good resolution .
the laser disc have an analog output(audio-video)
