LaserJet 2200D Print Problem

Somtime in the last couple of months somthing has upset my printer. When I try to print from Outlook or Explorer the data light flashes and then the alert light comes on Red and fixed, both lights are on and fixed. Printer is jammed.

I can clear the queue and can generally print okay from other apps.

Printer is shared on a peer to peer workgroup.

Have spoken to HP and MS and get the normal run around with no solution.

Any thoughts gratefully accepted.
