Latitude NumLock

Hi!

I have a Latitude Cpi laptop, and the NumLock lights up everytime it’s booted. In the BIOS, the num lock is disabled, but this is for external keyboards anyway (which I am not using). The causes problems, because when people try to enter the password for this system, they don’t realize that the j is 1, k is 2, etc. Has anyone come across this before? I didn’t see an option to reset the BIOS defaults. Perhaps a flash is in order?
