LDAP and so on

Hi folks,
1.) is there any possibility to see and configure the LDAP properties at W2K server with running ADS. I can’t find any Snap-in for MMC.
2.)For testing I also want to disable the LDAP Service
3.)Is LDAP running on TCPIP like a service??, and is it possible to stop.
