Learning 2000 Active Directory

I am just beginning with my adventures in windows 2000 server, I recently built a file server and am getting ready to bring it in to an domain. I would like to implement ADS, I am trying to find a really good book or web site to get info from, that will walk me through from start to finish for implementing the ADS, it would be much appreciated if someone could direct me to a good place for beginners.
