Liberum Help Desk Database Problem

We recently tried to install the Liberum help desk software package (http://www.liberum.org) and followed the instructions to the “T”, but to no avail the package still doesn’t function. It does however give the following error message:

Source: ADODB.Connection
Description: ADO could not find the specified provider.
