Licensing issues with Microsoft

Hi,
I work for a large company and we’re looking at thin client implementations and enabling users to access the network from home, my problem is application licensing, I know with software assure we can mirror the licenses so users can access Office from home and still be properly licensed, but we don’t have this!!!

Is there any other way to do it without buying an excessive amount of new licenses?
