Limited Bandwidth in the years to come

Are we reaching a stage where we’re gonna have limited bandwidth? Imagine thinking, i need to download a video after work in the night at home, oops but the bandwidth is limited after 9pm. That’ d be it!! Is it what it’s going to be??
