Limiting home directories sizes

I run a 250 workstation network. (NT Server4) and windows 95 on the workstations. We have had some recent trouble backing up due to the sheer amount of information being backed up. Is there a way to limit the size of the users home directories sothe can only save a pre-set amount of information?
