Lines in display

My display adaptor (ProVidia9685) BY: Trident. Before Windows98SE boots-up the display is perfect, however…when Windows boot to the desktop, I get these Horz-lines accross the screen. I switched minitors, samething. So, it has to be the driver, orthe PCI-card itself? I down-loaded a driver for that FCCID/Model. The computer: Pentium 75MHz. Installed driver. Checked Device Driver Proporities and no errors were clear. Drivers stated “devices worked properly.” Can you offer any place where I can get more info on “board info” like, “pin position” or “jumper placement”…etc. Places to download drivers, “old/new.” Thank you….
