Links disabled in IE 6.0

I have a question. Can an admin disable a specific link (or links) in IE 6.0?
We have a senior admin here who plays jokes sometimes, and i am trying to determine if this is one. On my msn home page, all links time out. On all other pages, everything works fine. This is not happening on any other machine. Or the server for that matter. I have access to the server at any level, but did not see anything.

Any ideas?
