Linux Migration

Hey Guys,

Need some help. See my Boss wants to migrate to LINUX due to Licensing issues. He told me that I might get training as soon as possible so as to make me ready. I’m a newbie with Linux without any background or what soever. Can you guys make me some outline or something what are the advantages / disadvantages if we do linux migration. Btw I have 25 workstation all running windows 2k pro & a windows 2k server & at least 45-50 users. Should I do the migration? Its a plus for me, I’ve gotta gain another knowledge.
