little stupid pop-up problem

i’ve been sitting around all day trying to find a script that forces a page of mine into a certian frame size (420 x 400) and disables all the frills except for the scrollbar. i’m at a complete loss here so if anyone knows where i can get that script, please please please let me know. thanks in advance.
