Loading DOS drivers on an NT 4.0 machine

I recently upgraded my PC from DOS to windows NT 4.0, I need to load soecific “wedge” device drivers, while running DOS I was able to load the drivers from the autoexec.bat. how do I load these DOS drivers that MUST be loaded before NT boots up?
