loadqm.exe

I have recently ran into loadqm.exe trying to access the net. My firewall (Zone Alarm 2.6) notified me of this, of course I denied access. I quickly figured it is a MS exe, but MS Knowledge base, technet, and MSDN had no hits for this exe. I searched the WEB and found a couple of forums on loadqm.exe and all are as much in the dark on this as I am. Does anyone know the truth to this exe and what it is really used for. In the mean time I had renamed it and have been watching it very closely.
