Loan Pool

I am looking for an application to track loaned laptops. I run a loan pool and haven’t been able to find any suitable software to keep up with hardware changes, lost or stolen parts, etc.. The most important feature would be creating schedules basedon users and what laptop they have. Thanks in advance.
