Local ASP pages do not work

I am having a strange problem on my Windows 2000 Professional computer, I cannot open any ASP pages through IE 5 locally but seem to be fine with other people’s websites. I am sure it must be something local to my IIS application, but even uninstalled and re-installed it but ended up with the same problem.

Any ideas?
