Location Network Printers

When using Windows XP (on a Laptop), and plugged into the office network (NT4 Server), I can’t see some of the printers available on the network.

In Particular, we have a HP 5000 plugged into a NT4 workstation, and the printer shared to all userswith all privalidges, but the Windows XP Pro machine cannot connect to it.

If I try to connect to the NT4 machine through Network Neighbourhood, it asks me for a user name and password to connect to the machine. However, this machine has been shared with full access and no passwords set.

I have no problem connecting to identical machines with other printers i.e. samsung and other HP plotters.

Any Assistance would be grately appreciated.
