Location of user specifc conifg files?

I am searching for a location or locations of files in win 2k and xp that holds a user specific set of configuration files. ie, Lan drives, network printers, and others… this would be in addition the users profile for my docs, start ,menu etc.
The reason for this question is that if I can find these files, migrating users to a new pc (same platform of 2k) much easier for the user…

Many thanks
