Locked Out Of Windows

by nayman . Updated 23 years, 1 month ago

I am locked out of my system! I am running Win2K Pro on an IBM ThinkPad Laptop and the other day I restarted my system after having it on for several day or so and when I try to log back in it tells me that the user is not allowed to log in interactively according to the local security policy. The administrator account is also blocked from interactive logon! Either something I had changed in the policy a while ago made this happen because I had probably not rebooted since or someone else had done it. I was hoping someone may have an idea of how I can get around this to get into my system and change the policy (like a secret Microsoft logon that has ultimate access) or something else I can do to correct this. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated so I can avoid being stuck on hold with Microsoft support. Thanks in advance.
