Locking Other User Profiles on a PC

Question:

We have PCs (OS-Win2k Pro) with multiple user profiles (local) setup. Is there a way to lock all other User Profiles (from Documents and Settings) other than the current logged-on user? This is to prevent the current logged-on user from seeing other users’ documents and settings.
