Locking Text Boxes in Outlook Form

I am creating a form in outlook to send out as an email message. While it looks great on my machine and several others, on others, the text boxes (actually I used the Label box because I wanted to put lots of text and be able to return) anyway, the text boxes will shrink and the person viewing the email message can’t scroll and can’t see the entire text. What this is 5 days of lectures we are offering. so I have Monday: and then a label box with all the details, etc. Please help.
