Log on Screen

Windows 98 use to ask me to log on for my user name and password now it by passes it and sends me right to the default desktop. To log on and get the right profile I would have to click on the start menu and click Log off…
Then the Windows98 log on screen comes up where I can input my name and password.

How do I get the log on screen to ask me to log on the first time I start Windows?
