logging of dial up users

how can I make a perticular logging so that I immediately can see how long and when a certain user has dialed in on our network ?
In NT 4 there was RAS admin, does something like that exist in 2K ?
to take this matter even further, can I log dial up events on several dial up servers in one central logging ?
I do prefer built in apps, money is always an issue here but if all else fails….
