Login Problem

I have installed Win NT4 Server on my home office network. When I try to login as a user that I created I get the following message:

“The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively”

I went into System Policy Editor to try to reslove the problem but I am not quite sure which option to select. I can gain entry to the server thru the admin. accounts. Please help.
