Login Profile

This question my have a simple answer but i can’t figure this out.

My supervisor has a notebook that he logs into our LAN. He also has a home LAN. Saying that it is annoying using two different profiles to log into the two different LANs.

Is there away to use the same profile to log into the different LANs.
